The Magic Link
A Magic Link is used to provide customers access to a product without needing to log in. Magic links can be configured to be a one-time use or persistent for the life of the purchase. Enable the link to work on one device or unlimited devices. For an on sale purchase, a magic link provides instant access. Additionally, a Message Manager email containing a Magic Link can be deployed at the time of purchase, or at the time of access in the case of a presale. Customers simply click on the link to gain access - no login required.
Magic Link Generator
Sometimes you might need to generate a link or links that will provide instant access to a Brightcove experience without forcing the customer to log in. Upload a CSV, select a Tessitura List Manager List, or enter an individual's information, and select a Message Manager email. For your customers, the experience is one click away.
Magic Link API
Let's say a customer is already logged into their account on your system and viewing a list of digital events they have access to watch. Maybe that list is a result of the customer not being able to attend a ticketed event and you want to provide access to a Brightcove Experience. You can request a Magic Link from our API. The customer can click on the link to gain access - No login required.
Use passcodes for providing access to specific Brightcove Experiences without the need to login. Think of it as pre-authenticated. You can even create multiple passcodes and set expiration dates on each. An email address is captured when a passcode is redeemed, this is passed into Brightcove for analytics with the Audience Module.
No Monthly Fee Per Subscriber
Unlike other solutions that charge per subscriber per month, we have no monthly subscriber fees. This means you can provide as many free subscriptions as you want to your Donors, Board Members, VIP's or even the Press.
Low TVOD Transaction Fees
With 18 years of experience working with Arts & Culture organizations, we understand the need for high performing yet low cost solutions. Our transaction fees for TVOD's are extremely competitive. In some situations, you'll find fees up to 30% and most are 10%. That means we're between 2X and 6X lower for rentals and purchased videos. That savings can add up.

Stream2 forms are packed with functionality
Under 10 Seconds To Purchase
In a traditional "add to cart" checkout process, people hesitate and are likely to abandon their cart. When you remove the barrier to purchase by enabling digital wallets and making the whole process user friendly, users purchase without hesitation.
Presale allows you to take payment, record the transaction, and withhold access until the release date. With Presale you can sell a product before it's available. Sell access to the digital Nutcracker experience in the middle of summer or your season before you’ve even confirmed the acts. Just another way we help you increase revenue.
Off-sale mode prevents transactions and displays a customizable message. A Stream2 Form can go into off-sale mode by specifying a date, time and timezone, or when a specified "count" is met. If you wanted to sell 62 social distance pods for an event and not a pod more, you can.
Product Access Dates
Stream2 Forms set a Tessitura Constituency for access controls. You can build a form with multiple pricing configuration options including a fixed start date and end date or a rolling number of days, weeks, months or years. You can sell a 7 Day Pass, 30 Day Pass, or a Season Pass. This is used for authentication if a customer ever needs to login.
A Stream2 Form can have one or many pricing configurations. Forms that have more than one will display buttons. Each pricing configuration can provide many different combinations of product options on a form. Price, Description, Access length, Constituency, Stripe Product, Recurring, Tessitura Performance & Price Type, Promo Codes, Count and more.
Enable Gifting if you want to provide the option to gift what your Stream2 Form is selling. You can even set a Stream2 Form to be gifting only. You choose which you want, the Buyer or the Gift Recipient, to be recorded in your CRM. Use the Message Manager to communicate with the Buyer and Gift Recipient for that extra personalized touch.
Combine the digital and physical. How about a Digital Performance with flowers delivered? Enable the ability to collect a shipping address on a Stream2 Form and deploy a fulfillment email or webhook at the time the purchase or gift is made.
Shipping Location Limits
Are you partnering with a local business for the delivery of a physical product? Do you still want to offer the digital experience to your global audience? You can limit the shipping address by Country, State, City. For even more control, you can limit which cities shipping is available in with a comma separated list.
Promo codes can automatically adjust the price of the product displayed on the Stream2 Form. You can have multiple promo codes and can even limit the number of times a promo code is used for more control.
Tessitura Gift Certificate Redemption
Tessitura gift certificate redemption allows your customers to pay using a valid Tessitura gift certificate. The certificate value is checked and the price is adjusted on the form. If the price is reduced to $0, the form turns into a redeem gift certificate and no payment is processed in Stripe.
Use a Stream2 Form to sell a ticket to a live video stream or pre-recorded digital performance. A Stream2 Form supports seated or unseated Tessitura Performances and Price Types including a Comp Price Type for free registration. We’ll even set the attendance flag for their ticket number as they enter a Brightcove in-page or portal gallery.
A Tessitura Constituency can be used for many things including granting access, confirming benefits or as segmentation criteria. A Stream2 Form can set Constituency at the pricing configuration level or at the form level, or both. With a Stream2 Form you can sell any configuration you want. How about 7 Day Pass, 30 Day Pass or a Season Pass?
You can use Stripe products to create Auto Renewing Memberships, Monthly Digital Subscriptions, and more. Include a free trial or apply a coupon. Combine this with the Customer Portal Manager for a complete end-to-end recurring payment solution.
Working with a 3rd party system and need to send over transaction data? The webhook may be just what you are looking for. Configure an endpoint in your Flex2 Form and when a transaction is completed and we will deploy the webhook to your endpoint.
A Stream2 Form supports sending up to 14 strategically targeted transactional emails. With over 25 personalization tokens, the Buyer and Gift Recipient can each get the right message at the right time. You can even message them if a new account in your CRM is created on their behalf. You can invite them to engage with your organization and complete their account.
