WYSIWYG or Custom HTML
We provide a built-in email editor that makes it easy to design your email and we provide templates to give you a great foundation. If you’d prefer to use custom HTML, we support that as well.
Personalization Tokens
To make the customer experience even better, we provide over 25 personalization tokens so you can create a purchase receipt, a “thanks for gifting” email that shows the gift message, and so much more.
Transactional Email
These emails are transactional and deploy at the time your order is processed into your CRM. We use Amazon SES so regardless of what email or marketing automation platform your organization uses, you can ensure all patrons receive notifications related to their purchase.

14 Messaging Options Available

Use one or all to communicate with the right person at the right time

Buyer

A Buyer is identified as the email address that completed the transaction of a Stream2 or Flex2 Form.

Gift Recipient

A Gift Recipient is identified as the email address that was gifted the results from a Stream2 or Flex2 Form transaction.

Donor

A Donor is identified as the email address that donated by completing a transaction using a Donate2 Form.

On Sale

By default, On Sale mode is active on a Stream2 or Flex2 Form. When On Sale mode is active, you collect the money in Stripe, record the transaction in your CRM, and provide immediate access to the product.

Presale

Presale mode can be enabled on a Stream2 or Flex2 Form. When Presale is active, you collect the money in Stripe, record the transaction in your CRM, and expand the sales opportunity prior to the product being available.

Account Created

Account Created occurs during a Stream2 or Flex2 Form transaction when the Buyer or Gift Recipient cannot be found in your CRM and a new account is created.

On Sale Gift Only Stream2 Form
The digital performance was available and on sale. The Holiday Pops Stream2 form was configured as "Gift Only". The form link was targeted to gift giving opportunities using email, advertising and social media. The goal was to make the gift giving process fast and simple.

The Results
Over 3,000 gifts were given in 30 days and every gift recipient was delivered a personal message from the BSO on behalf of the buyer.

See the 2021 Digital Season repertory programs, plus lock in a host of exclusive benefits and behind-the-scenes stories, videos, artist interviews, and more.
Presale with Gifting Stream2 Form
The digital season was not available at the time SFB wanted to start promoting their season, so the Stream2 Form was set to presale mode. The Premium Plus Digital Package form was configured with Gifting as an option. The form link was targeted to patrons and ballet lovers in email, advertising and social media. The goal was to extend the length of time they had to market and generate sales prior to the season being launched.

The Results
Over 1,000 presale purchased and gifted transactions took place prior to the release date and over 17,000 part way through the season. At the time of purchase, every Buyer and Gift Recipient received an acknowledgement email with information to set expectations. At the Presale release date, every Buyer and Gift Recipient was delivered a personal message from the San Francisco Ballet with access details.

2021 Free Spring Digital Season
The Digital Season reintroduces Houstonians to classics with translations by Artistic Director Rob Melrose and celebrates Alley All New Alumni and Houston writers.
Free Registration Form
There were twelve Flex2 Forms configured in presale mode and with a comp price type to make free registration forms - one for each digital streaming performance. The goal was to make it easy to register and record the data in their CRM.

The Results
In less than 60 days, there were more than 6,000 registrations processed and their audience reached far beyond the Houston area.

The SFSymphony+ video streaming service was available and on sale. The San Francisco Symphony needed an easy way to provide access to their most loyal patrons. They used our upload tool to provide key patrons access.
